Your Role: Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand’s online presence, engaging with audiences, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our customer base. You will manage our social media platforms, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with TechSynergy's overall communication goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging networks.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inspire growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
- Analyze and interpret social media metrics and reporting, making data-driven recommendations for content improvement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep TechSynergy at the forefront of social media marketing.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position at TechSynergy must possess a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. We are seeking someone who can not only create compelling content but also understand the metrics behind it.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
- Proficient in social media platforms and tools, including but not limited to Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Proven experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content that captures attention.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
